Understand Key Mandarin Terminologies in Financial Statements

This workshop aims to equip learners with basic terminologies in Chinese Financial Statements. Business reports and news articles will also be incorporated to include realistic examples from work.

Mr. Henry Wang is bilingual in English and Chinese with real-time business knowledge. The activities are designed to be learner-centred and will incorporate real life work scenarios. 

This program is specially designed for learners working in the Banking and Finance sector who are able to speak basic conversational Chinese, but are not proficient in communicating in professional Mandarin for business purposes and eager to master the capacity to read Chinese Financial Reports directly instead of relying primarily on translation

Xin Bin is the CEO of Everbright Business Consultancy Pte Ltd, a boutique firm specializing in consultancy services for companies with interests in Greater China and Singapore, particularly in the following aspects: • PE/VC consultancy • M&A advisory • Due diligence • Mentoring in business mandarin for communication, presentations and negotiations as well as translations/interpretations Xin Bin has a deep understanding of the political and financial landscapes of Singapore and China. He also has clear and current insights about the economical, legal, cultural, and historical aspects of these two countries. Xin Bin also has deep professional knowledge and valuable experience in his very wide networks in Singapore and Greater China. Xin Bin is proficient in Chinese and English. He also possesses excellent interpersonal skills, particularly in dealing with partners and associates from Greater China. He had eight years of working experience in a global Chinese state-own corporation in Beijing, China before coming to Singapore for his full-time studies in 1998 on a Singapore government scholarship.
